Salary: $18.00 USD Hourly - $20.00 USD Hourly
Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Insurance Verification Representative!
Compensation: $18-$20 based on experience
Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:00a-6:30p
Full Remote position, but must be local to DFW
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Completes verification and pre-certification processes for patients.
- Communicates with patients, utilization review and financial counselors regarding out of network coverage, inactive benefits or items needing special attention.
- Utilizes tools such as VoiCert, PixCert, Monitored Call, NEBO and ECARE to ensure maxims revenue for account.
- Maintains customer service and productivity guidelines.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, telemarketing or call center environment.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Insurance verification knowledge.
- 35 WPM preferred.
- Excellent written, oral and telephone communication.
