This role will support the Account Services team.

Please note that this role will be a hybrid model including both in-person and remote work.

All training will be 100% in-person.

Departmental Requirements

  • Analyze need for training support
  • Develop and write training materials
  • Conduct and deliver training sessions
  • Capture training feedback and make appropriate recommendations or changes as needed
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions both virtually and in-person
  • Ability to work closely with other departmental designers and trainers and with supervision of leader
  • Comfortable with flexibility.

Corporate Requirements

Accountable for successful project implementation, documentation or training course in administration.
  • Monitor and control varied, complex operations to achieve goals and conserve resources.
  • Develop standards and educate employees to carry out job functions.
  • Provide effective/efficient solutions to business problems and effectively communicate recommendations to all levels of employees.
  • Plan, coordinate, develop and implement approved projects which are divisional and/or corporate in scope.
  • Represent department and division as requested on work groups and special assignments. Establish and meet deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Develop documentation (both on-line and paper) for use by operational areas.
  • Develop performance-based training to meet operational need and requirements.
  • Conduct front-end analysis and develop general specifications for training and documentation. Work closely with subject matter experts (SME's).
  • Evaluate documentation/training to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Technical Communications or related field preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years claims/benefits or two (2) years corporate writing experience and/or similar experience in related field.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, with emphasis on syntax, grammar and presentation of material.
  • Demonstrated PC skills: Word Processing, DOS or Windows required Desktop Publishing, Spreadsheets, Project Management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
  • Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
