BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. supplies a wide range of products including integral and hook-on side-shifters, fork positioners, paper roll clamps, bale clamps, carton clamps, push pulls, multi-pallet handlers, rotators and forks.

BOLZONI AURAMO has an opening for an Inside Sales Supervisor. This position will provide customer satisfaction by acting as a single point of contact to address all their needs. Projects will be assigned to develop an understanding of internal workings of the company and the dealer organization to ensure success. Gap analysis and Gap resolutions in the sales processes make up key success criteria.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Function as formal group leader to ensure all work is completed on time and in full.
  
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for product to satisfy customer requests & support outside sales efforts. Lead CRM implementation and training.
  
• Accurate and timely entry of orders into Bolzoni production system.
  
• Develop product quotes to meet the needs and demand of customers and dealers.
  
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of key sales processes & metrics.
  
• Ensure Bolzoni sales teams adheres to approved discount structure through routine margin analysis.
  

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
  
• 1+ years' sales experience required
  
• 3+ years' sales experience preferred
  
• Combination of preferred experience with 2 year degree to be considered in lieu of required
  
• Knowledge of Company and industry
  
• Customer Relationship Management
  
• Strong business and financial acumen
