HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a well-established Distributor in need of a Direct Hire Inside Sales Representative in the Riverside, CA area.

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Riverside, CA

Compensation: $21.15 - $30.00 Hourly DOE

Job Summary:

• Communicate with customers in an efficient, timely manner.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, resulting in sales that operate on the budget plan.
• Educate customers on products and their uses
• Make outbound calls to generate new business as well as follow-ups
• Work closely with Inside Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representatives, operations staff and customers
• Responsible for ensuring high quality of services and standards
• Review and confirm sales orders with customers to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience. Salesforce experience is a plus!
• Planning, Organizing, and Project Management skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
