We are a top AmLaw200 law firm that is looking for an Information Governance Analyst to join their team in DTLA. Seeking someone with at least 3 years of records management experience. If you have iManage, information governance and law firm experience, we want to talk to you! In office 6 days per month.
What You Will Be Doing You will be in charge of helping employees in the firm's Information Governance Operations department with the reviewing, planning, and handling of information.
- Direct support on all projects and other work handled by the IG Operational Support team are among the other important roles.
- Collaborate with the appropriate members of the Technology Department to set up and carry out IG-related reviews utilizing litigation support apps.
- Support the upkeep and management of the Records Management System as required.
- Move, label, and implement the proper security settings and procedures for electronic data being stored by the firm.
- Participate in virtual teams that support various IG department functions. These teams are made up of global and practice office staff.
What You Need for this Position - At least 3 years of records experience, ideally within a law firm environment
