Audubon Metals is a heavy media separator and secondary aluminum alloy producer located in Henderson, KY and Corsicana, TX. We deliver high quality metal units in whatever specification and form the marketplace requires.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies and procedures related to equipment
• Repair equipment throughout the plant
• Troubleshoot various mechanical and equipment failures to determine needed repairs
• Perform scheduled PMs on all equipment
• Replace broken or worn hydraulic lines and replace hydraulic cylinders as necessary
• Evaluate and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical issues
• Perform electrical repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot and work on 12V and 24VDC electrical systems
• Weld and fabricate as directed by maintenance supervisor
• Supply basic tools as required
• Properly document PMs and use PM findings to analyze and determine the need for additional repairs
• Wear proper PPE in accordance to company safety and standards for all tasks being performed including the use of respiratory protection.
• Others duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in industrial maintenance is preferred
• Troubleshooting abilities
• mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• able to read Ladder Logics
• Metal cutting and fabrication capabilities
• Must be able to adhere to all safety and environmental policies for all equipment operations
• Maintain 7S organization as related to equipment
• Must be able to perform tasks of varying physical intensities
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend or stoop for extended period of times
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work a 12 hour shift on days or evenings and in varying temperature extremes
