The DC Industrial/Logistics Engineer is responsible for their DC's labor management program including continuous process improvement efforts designed to improve productivity and lower operating cost. This role will provide the expertise and leadership in project management to maximize our total performance and operating capability of each functional group in the DC. This person is responsible for insuring DC is DC management is knowledgeable and is following best methods. They will support their DC in project management related to best practices, technology applications, material handling systems, facility planning, labor management systems and procedures to ensure that business and project objectives are achieved.
What You'll Be Doing
What We're Looking For
Experience with WMS and LMS systems required
Experience working in process improvement/cost savings projects
Experience working in a distribution center
Experience in Slotting software, AutoCAD, VBA/SQL, Visio, MS Project and Power BI
Experience in developing engineered labor management and/or engineering time standards
