The PSO New Products team is seeking an Incubation Program Manager who is passionate about driving product-market-fit for Facebook's newest Commerce Products. This program manager is responsible for bootstrapping support models for nascent emerging products and collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive product market fit. The ideal candidate will be strong at cross-functional communication, project execution, knowledgeable about e-commerce & marketing, and have a keen eye for identifying and scaling processes and workflow opportunities. They will be responsible for architecting customized support models for their respective products including mapping out escalation paths, helping to prepare in depth product documentation, setting and measuring goals with product teams and driving accountability with vendors and contractors. Our unique position at the intersection of product and service allows us to partner with teams across Facebook to drive our business forward by representing the perspective of the community and combining quantitative with qualitative signals to drive product launches and improvements.

<ul><li>Understand and translate support needs and experiences of customers (internal and external) to create customized support models by product, including mapping escalation paths</li><li>Understand resourcing and operational workflows needed to activate the product strategy and support model</li><li>Work extensively with cross-functional partners - e.g. Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Science, and Commerce Partnerships teams - in order to scope and align on support models</li><li>Set and measure goals for product programs. Track product readiness and operational readiness on an ongoing basis</li><li>Take a data-driven approach to managing outsourced programs. Drive accountability with vendors and contractors as needed</li><li>Prepare in depth product documentation for both technical and non technical support</li><li>Work closely with their own manager to share ideas, challenges, etc. and agree on strategies to remove roadblocks, improve on ideas and prioritize work for themselves</li><li>Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences and stakeholders</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>8+ years work experience in consulting, product strategy, operations or equivalent environment (or 5+ years experience with a Masters degree)</li><li>Project management experience and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams</li><li>Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with executive level leaders</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce, the advertising marketplace and ad products</li><li>Experience utilizing data and analytics to solve problems</li></ul>

<ul><li>Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems</li><li>Open, collaborative and proven team player, with experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance or support</li><li>Experience leading data-driven projects and experience communicating results and insights to cross-functional partners</li><li>Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels</li><li>E-commerce industry experience</li><li>Experience working with sales and/or customer service programs or organizations</li><li>Experience working and influencing in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment</li></ul>
