The Inbound Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the unloading processes of all materials and goods throughout the facility, as well as maintaining inventory integrity for all raw ingredients and packaging materials. The Inbound Coordinator must thoroughly document and keep track of their work in a neat and organized manner while communicating delays, changes and other variables to the Inventory Supply Manager and Operation's Group. This position will require adequate analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot system errors while making critical decisions that could influence production.

Ways You Will Make a Difference

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all inbound shipments; process bills of ladings and document discrepancies. Monitor suppliers' adherence to inbound appointments.
  • Direct carriers to specific dock doors and ensure effectiveness of unload in a timely manner.
  • Receive & distribute all incoming packages for all departments and distribute.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and assist with quarterly inventory to ensure inventory integrity
  • Process regular inventory transactions and assist the production, warehouse, and finance teams with reconciling material usage variations.
  • Execute processes that ensure accurate inventory in the production supply areas and finished good areas.


Experiences That Will Support Your Success
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, manufacturing, or logistics
  • Basic knowledge Microsoft Office, Excel, and enterprise software such as SAP
  • Associate's Degree or Higher

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and have excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work various shifts when needed.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with inter-departmental teams.
