Position Summary

Rehrig Pacific Company•s Integrated Solutions Project Manager, Material Handling will specifically be tasked with managing the Product Go Live processes of all Fusion Delivery Equipment. This would include everything from both manual and powered equipment. This position within Rehrig Pacific Company•s Integrated Solutions team, is highly cross-functional with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and New Product Development Teams.

Collaborates and Customer Focus
  • Pre-Implementation:
    • Manage pre-go live calls with our Supply Chain Sales team
  • On-site go-live responsibilities
    • Provide user training, demonstrate the Fusion equipment and share best practices
    • Review the Fusion equipment•s PMs and expectations with the maintenance team (internal/3rd party)
    • Support customer•s change management process required for the Fusion Solution in collaboration with the Sales Teams
    • Manage and facilitate customer route rides
  • Remote go-live responsibilities
    • Complete or support remote go-lives via Teams when an on-site go-live is not required or needed
  • Post-Go Live:
    • Provide customers with go-live material
    • Support additional customer needs such as re-trainings (on-site or remote)
    • Support Project team with Fusion Post-Implementation Review
      • Customer visits/re-training
      • Product in-field review
Drives Results, Situational Adaptability and Decision Quality
  • Fusion Technical Support
    • Be a primary customer contact for all technical support and troubleshooting for all Fusion systems
    • Support product In-field warranty product reviews and claims
    • Help manage support cases to capture and analyze our systems data for trends
  • New Product Development Process
    • Support the Integrated Solutions team•s responsibilities within the NPD Workbook for new product launches
    • Review current processes to identify gaps and initiate required improvements
Self-Development
  • Actively engage in learning to improve communication, presentation, and technical skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor•s Degree, or equivalent work experience, preferably in engineering or another technical field
  • Minimum 2 years• experience managing implementations, including onboarding, training, and new client relationships
  • Material handling equipment experience is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn all Rehrig•s new and existing products with ease and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes from the ground up
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments
  • Position will require a minimum of 50% travel
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
