Basic Job Functions:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to, recruiting, employment, legal/compliance, policy administration, payroll/benefit administration, training, team member relations, and HR systems support. The HR Manager will help develop best practices for the area, develop team members, and serve as a resource for the division in terms of policy administration. The HR Manager is responsible for motivating, setting expectations, and overall leadership of the HR team. This is a "hands-on" position with time spent both in an office environment and production areas.
