A client of our is seeking a long-term temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support their team with a project and some Human Resource functions.

• Fully on-site in Livermore, CA.
• Monday-Friday from 8:15am-5:15pm
• Temporary position, 6-8 months
• $25.00-30.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• This position includes supporting with a large project, including auditing employee files and shredding expired documents
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the human resources department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure compliance with record-keeping standards.
• Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Support employee leave of absences procedures.
• Handle scanning and uploading of documents.
• Input employment data into the company database.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of human resources experience.
• Proficient in managing employee leave of absences and accommodations.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in operating general office equipment.
