Location: Vineyard Haven, MA
Description:
The Judge Group is looking for a Hospice/Palliative care RN for a permanent position in Vineyard Haven, MA!

Type: Permanent

Location: Vineyard Haven, MA 02568

Shift: Days Monday- Friday, with one weekend once a month

Pay: Flexible and based on experience PLUS SIGN ON BONUS!

** Client offers housing for the first 30 days if needed and will help find housing on the island**

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs.
• Administering medications.
• Managing symptoms and pain.
• Helping during crisis situations.
• Psychosocial support.
• Educating and supporting family caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Current MA nursing license.
• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
• Hospice and/or Home Health experience preferred
• Two+ years of hospice nursing experience required Two years Med-surge experience preferred but not required
• Must maintain a state drivers' license in good standing, and maintain an automobile in good working order
• Be able to live on Martha's Vineyard Island.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese language preferred
• Rotate weekends with 1 weekend a month mandatory
