Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Highlights:

The Home Health Aide role is to ensure that our residents receive daily nursing care and activities of daily living. Positions available are:
- PM: 3p-11p, 4p-8p
- AM: 8a-4p
Required Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Ability to read, write, carry out directions, and work independently.
- Demonstrate dependability, tact, and ability to follow instructions.
- Customer service oriented.
- Possesses coordination and dexterity required to provide resident care skillfully.
- Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
- Compliance with vaccination mandate.
- Experience in the long-term care setting preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
Essentials:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Administer and/or assist with medication or treatments.
- Document care or observations appropriately.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks.
- Able to serve meals to residents.
- Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
- Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.
