RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in Orlando, FL.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related IT position
  • Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers and provide timely resolutions to issues while effectively communicating status to management and customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous help desk experience and basic IT experience is a big plus
  • Possess an upbeat personality; Demonstrates a positive attitude
