Seeking one placement for each of the following shifts: 8am-5pm, 11am-8pm, and 1-10 pm.
Qualifications
*
Previous Service Desk or Call Center experience
*
Focus on providing friendly, team-oriented, exceptional customer service
*
Great communication skills
*
Strong technical aptitude
*
Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems
*
Familiarity with Remote Desktop tools
*
Outlook 365 Experience preferably Admin
*
Must have Active Directory experience
* Spanish speaking and living nearby in the Richardson area major plus







Responsibilities
*
Service Desk Analysts coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming employee calls and emails
*
They provide support services with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop, or network services from local and remote personnel
*
This role's schedule will be 1pm-10pm Monday through Friday + 1 Saturday per month
*
This position follows a hybrid schedule after training and onboarding with alternating 1 week in-office, 1-week remote work, per the team's structure
*
Provide timely resolution of technical problems or escalation on behalf of the customer and ensure their satisfaction
*
Provide case status updates to management and end-users
*
Supports and maintains effective relationships with users
