Helpdesk Analyst

Required Skills:

• 1+ years' experience working in a technical support or call center/customer service role
• Basic PC troubleshooting skills
• Must have strong examples of providing excellent customer service
• Strong level of patience and ability to break down technical information into a non-technical way
• Ability to analyze and solve problems over the phone
• Willingness to learn about new technologies
• Strong verbal, written and typing skills

Desired Skills:

• A+ or Net+ certification
• Experience with Aloha
• Experience documenting issues within a ticketing system
• Experience working in an environment that has SLAs and daily/weekly metrics

Description of Role/Responsibilities: We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to support a well-known organization in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate for this position needs to be flexible on the hours and days of the week they are able to work. This company offers a great team atmosphere as well as a willingness to train these candidates on any technical issues/hardware/software that this person is not familiar with, pending they have the right attitude, are quick learners and reliable.
