The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing activities for our Healthcare IT Partnerships (HIP) market to drive awareness, lead generation, thought leadership and sales enablement. This role is responsible for strategic content marketing execution across all levels of planning, production, distribution, socializing, and performance measurement for our Health Care vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing go-to-market marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation and solution revenue. This person will work hand in hand with marketing colleagues, Sales and leadership to ensure positioning and cross market messaging conveys the value our solutions deliver for customers. The candidate must have proven expertise to effectively communicate, network and stimulate engagement within the B2B healthcare market across multiple media formats.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic, integrated marketing campaigns that deliver the right message(s) to the right buyer persona(s) in the HIP market.
  • Identify high impact brand advertising and promotion opportunities, managing the associated creative and execution
  • Manage execution of strategic plans, providing regular updates to leadership on progress-to-goal and results achieved
  • Manage periodic brand, customer and topical research projects
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders on campaign messaging, design and execution, leveraging those resources as SMEs/though leaders in their respective domain
  • Conceive and curate content for use across all/multiple marketing channels to enhance our presence, relevancy and interaction with customers and prospects
  • Work with sales organization to align marketing activities to support sales revenue targets
  • Understand and leverage marketing mix to drive awareness, demand and thought leadership for core capabilities and solutions
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, using data and performance to drive decisions on future marketing investments
  • Proactively socialize content to drive engagement and cultivate ongoing sales conversations


Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree preferably in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience working with or marketing to healthcare organizations required. Experience with partnership/reseller/vendor marketing is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 years in-depth experience in B2B marketing, including strategy development and campaign management
  • Knowledge of/experience with marketing in healthcare; experience in healthcare technology or data and analytics is advantageous
  • Experience with a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce), with marketing software (e.g. Eloqua or Marketo) required; experience with creative packages (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) is advantageous
  • Experience with Google Analytics or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Ability to message brand effectively around business issues and customer impact, both externally and internally
  • Ability to review marketing metrics and assess underlying drivers to gauge and optimize performance
  • Demonstrated ability to drive demand/lead generation strategies and campaigns to increase top of funnel sales leads through to nurturing and lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Experience managing and working with external agencies to accomplish project deliverables
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines
  • Solid strategic planning skills combined with tactical execution expertise
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with budget ownership and management
  • Ability to work independently as well as across a matrixed organization
