Description:
We are currently sourcing for a Health and Welfare Data Analyst to work in the client's Healthcare Business Unit in Westlake, TX.
- The H&W Client Data Analyst will apply their consulting, analysis, and domain skills to provide the best outcomes for our client, their participants.
- Prefer HEAVY SQL skills, must be able to work on complex SQL queries with tables, views, joins, etc., and need to have Healthcare Benefit plan administration background.
The Expertise We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience
- 3+ years of professional experience (and proven competence, depth, and breadth)
- Prior client implementation and\or platform migration experience a plus
- Prior data analytics and data exchange (inbound and outbound files) experience (SQL skills required)
- Experience in Agile preferred, but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
