Your Role:

The Head of Business Operations Process and Governance, a critical position in the new BioProcessing Business Operations Organization, is now available. You will be responsible for leading a team of Business Process Engineers to help improve major processes like Long-range Planning and Field Service Processes to set the foundations of future growth. In addition, you will also lead a Team of Operational Product Managers as well as a SAP Next process specialist. The position is flexible on location.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years' experience in either a Commercial, Business or Operations role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master, MBA or PhD
• Proven track record in organizational development
• Strong understanding of the Process Solutions business
• Advanced project management and process improvement skills (e.g. Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, Design thinking)
