Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a Leading Real Estate Firm specializing in Commercial Leasing and Property Management Services looking for a Handyperson (Commercial Maintenance) to support one of their Flagship Commercial Properties.

Your new role

The job duties for the Handyperson (Commercial Maintenance) role will include, among others:

• Address basic maintenance, repair, and other technical tasks.
• Support move in/move outs
• Inspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Install appliances and machinery as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

• FLSD certification (a plus, not required)
• Strong MEP skillset
• Basic HVAC equipment support (change belts, coils, etc)
• Good communicator (can summarize issues and relay information to Management or Team Members)
• 3+ years experience supporting commercial properties

What you'll get in return

$33-$35 per hour based on experience plus excellent Union benefits!
