ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under limited supervision, performs a variety of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on CNC manufacturing equipment as well as standard facility equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine down situations in the factory and diagnoses complex equipment failures including mechanical & electronic and ensures timely corrective action.
• Strictly abide by safety regulations during manufacturing activities, keeping equipment in check to avoid mechanical hazards that could cause harm to operators and workers.
• Carry out routine servicing of equipment as part of measures to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions, which could thwart production activities.
• Communicate with management or clients to inform them about equipment faults and best maintenance techniques to implement for maximum performance.
• Prioritize daily work orders according to their level of importance.
• Works closely with other members of maintenance team on other various mechanically related facility breakdowns as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 years' experience in a challenging CNC maintenance coordinator role in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Advanced understanding of HAAS fabrication equipment.
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot equipment breakdown in a fast-paced environment.
• In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Complies with all safety guidelines and follows safety protocols in all day-to-day activities.
• Applicable knowledge of a diverse variety of tools.
• Proven problem - solving skills and ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization.
