We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Commerce to help us grow and implement revenue-driving initiatives within the newly-launched Well+Good Shop as well as Well+Good's affiliate editorial strategy.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be collaborating across departments at Well+Good to grow commerce as a cornerstone of the Well+Good revenue strategy. This role will require skills in data analysis, a talent for creative thinking and an intuitive understanding of the Well+Good brand.

You'll Report To: Senior Director of Audience Development

A typical day as a Growth Marketing Manager might include:

  • Maximizing affiliate revenue through new partnerships, rigorous analysis and new editorial strategies.
  • Ongoing reviews of channel performance to surface insights and actionable takeaways.
  • Negotiating commissions for affiliate links on Well+Good as well as new partners for the Well+Good Shop.
  • Coordinating communications between stakeholders across teams, including editorial, design, product and audience development.
  • Maintaining and rigorously testing strategies for meeting the Well+Good Shop customer at every point in the life cycle, including acquisition, retention and retargeting.
  • Ideating, assisting in executing and tracking performance of various performance marketing channels, including
    • Email marketing: Creating high conversion opportunities through automated workflows and effective campaigns
    • Paid marketing: Audience targeting, ad creative, testing on channels including Facebook & Google AdWords
    • Search Engine Optimization: Increase organic search traffic to commerce content through strategic optimizations
You'll be successful if you are a creative and collaborative thinker who understands both existing commerce trends and has the ability to anticipate new opportunities.

What You Have:
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce space, best practices for publishers, and revenue models.
  • Familiarity with the major affiliate networks, including Amazon Affiliates, Skimlinks, Rakuten, Pepperjam, Impact, and ShareASale.
  • Data analytics skills, including experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization software (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio)
  • A passion for wellness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
