Our Client, an e-commerce start-up client, is seeking a Growth Marketing Director.

Growth Marketing Director Responsibilities:


Define and execute data-driven influencer and marketing strategies to drive consumer’s journey from acquisition to repeat purchase
Lead a team that will plan, develop, and execute across search and social channels (Google, IG, Youtube, FB, etc.)
Drive ongoing campaign optimization through the full conversion funnel utilizing analysis and iteration
Determine how to engage with consumers and shape customer loyalty, drive incremental revenue,
and test beta functions
Set business and media KPIs across marketing activities and use insights, segmentation and data analysis to understand customers and track retention against goals
Grow and manage a team of 5+ performance and influencer marketers, CRM specialists, and more
Blend of strategic thinking and willingness to be involved in day-to-day activities


Growth Marketing Director Requirements:


8-10 years of digital marketing experience within e-commerce, preferably with strong acquisition and retention marketing experience
Experience with planning, measurement, integration and performance marketing campaigns
Understanding of how to effectively use and manage performance channels, CRM, and its infrastructure
Strong experience in B2C (start-up experience is a plus but not a must)
Have built and managed teams
Case studies of setting marketing strategies and executing against them
Ideal candidate is driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, start-up work environment
