Job Duties:
- Oversee the operation and growth of SaaS products, devising and executing strategies to boost subscription revenue.
- Strategize marketing initiatives to bolster user engagement and traffic, aligning with product releases and market trends.
- Establish and manage a community around SaaS products, organizing regular activities and discussions to foster user loyalty and participation, nurturing key opinion leaders (KOLs), and encouraging positive word-of-mouth.
- Utilize data analysis and user feedback to advocate for product improvements, enhancing the overall user experience.
