Worcester Eisenbrandt, a historic restoration construction company is recruiting a Groundsman who will be responsible for equipment loading for deliveries. In addition, must maintain a safe, clean and well organized grounds/ shop, load and unload equipment/or construction supplies, and operate a forklift.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read and respond to common inquiries from customers and/or employees
- Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety oriented
- Experience driving a box truck, a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive a forklift, certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a team setting
