We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and digital media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and will know how to manage the design process from concept to the final deliverable. The graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will understand branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with cross functional teams on the development and editing of forms, enrollment guides, newsletters, and presentations
  • Create digital and print assets such as display ads, email templates, direct mail, billboards, and landing pages
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Own and manage the translation process of materials
  • Update and maintain all assets on shared drive
  • Work collaboratively on multiple projects with the marketing team and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a similar discipline
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to create master slides/templates
  • Must be proficient in the Adobe suite
  • Strong digital and print production experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
  • Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
  • Knowledge of front-end code is not mandatory but a plus
