At CNH Industrial, Graphic Designers are influential in driving our pride and passion into how we present the image of our brands around the globe. The Graphic Designer will create product graphics for the interior and exterior of agricultural and construction equipment. Design assignments will include product brand identity decals and badging, safety and product symbols, color studies and logo development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates with various functions, including engineering, manufacturing, brand marketing and suppliers and vendors to ensure successful product development and implementation.
  • Evaluates the feasibility of design ideas based on factors such as appearance, safety, function, serviceability, budget, production costs/methods and market characteristics
  • Handles graphic projects from beginning design stages through to final production within organizational creative guidelines
  • Operates computer graphics systems in the design and production of presentations and production artwork and other media from specifications and/or content provided by others

The annual salary for this role is $69,000 - $99,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Product Design or related field.
  • 3 or more years of graphic design experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional portfolio available for review
  • Internship or co-op experience
  • Ability to communicate with a project team of engineers, designers, brand marketing and vendors
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite -- particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of decal print technology and requirements
  • Ability to create both production and advanced graphic design proposals demonstrating exceptional design intuition
  • Ability to create technical illustrations of graphic layouts
  • Strong presentation and design communication skills
  • Must possess an exceptional awareness of the global state of emerging graphic design trends
  • Strong project/task management skills
