Summary of Role: As the Global Supply Chain Lead for Enterprise Software, you will oversee and manage the company's software procurement category including enterprise software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.), cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), and manufacturing software. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their software needs and develop sourcing strategies that meet those needs.
  
• Conduct market research and identify potential vendors, including leading software providers, niche solution providers, and emerging players.
  
• Manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, and contract finalization.
  
• Foster strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating optimal pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for spend consolidation and optimization.
  
• Oversee junior supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  
• Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics, including cost savings, contract optimization, and supplier performance.
  
  

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor's in business, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
  
• Experience - Minimum 15 years in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or enterprise software.
  
• Travel - Up to 10%
  
• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing software sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings and value.
  
• Experience negotiating with enterprise vendors including SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Microsoft
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Experience using SAP Ariba for the procure-to-pay function at a large enterprise.
  

Expected Salary Range
$140,800.00 - $239,500.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
