Cradlepoint is seeking a Global Partner Rewards and Incentives Program Manager. This role is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of Cradlepoint's rewards and incentives portfolio for multiple types of channel partners: Distributors, VARs, MSPs, SIs, and more. The individual that fills this position will have the opportunity to design and grow a world class, operationally ready rewards program and ensure it provides a strong return on investments for both Cradlepoint and our partners.

The Partner and a 2-Tier Distribution channel are the go to market at Cradlepoint. As such, partner Rewards is key to providing a compelling financial model for partners to choose to go to market with Cradlepoint. It's the key lever to ensure that partners are aligned to our strategic objectives by rewarding both bookings growth, and other leading indicators of success. Delivering this program at scale with a high degree of operational efficiency will add great value to Cradlepoint's business. As the Global Partner Program Manager, Rewards and Incentives, you will work closely with internal teams including Channel Sales, Channel Programs, Partner Marketing, Finance, Legal and other groups within Cradlepoint that support the overall Partner and Channel organization.

What Will You Do?

  • Own, manage, and develop day to day incentive policies aligned with industry best practices, partner investment and growth
  • Gather, organize, and report partner feedback to help improve the partner experience resulting from the program
  • Drive efforts to programatize rebates, and mature funded heads and OPEX models
  • Work with compliance and finance to drive processes aligned with flexibility, business need and industry practices
  • Identify gaps in tools and reporting and propose alternate best practices to which to align. Drive projects to closure
  • Instigate and run an Incentive Governance Council
  • Forecast and model incentive spend
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Eight (8+) years of relevant experience - with specific exposure to partner and distributor reward programs, incentives and MDF in Technology Channels
  • Expert knowledge of the two-tier technology distribution and partner channel model are clear differentiators
  • Self starter, excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in the environment of a hyper-growth company
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation - including to senior management as required
  • Financial analysis and modelling skills, including strong Excel skills
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to assess the projected RoI on an investment opportunity
  • Ideal candidate will have knowledge of both the networking (router) and mobility (4/5G cellular data) space
  • Light travel expected (up to ~15% of the time)

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint

At Cradlepoint, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

  • $89,600 - $163,300 / year

For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Cradlepoint also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Cradlepoint's 401(k) plan has a 4% company match and immediate vesting. Employees will also receive company-paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance and company-paid disability benefits.

Your Time:

Your work-life balance is important to us. Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
