Your Role:

The AA Global MarCom manager is responsible for creating and executing AAIT/DxS Global campaigns for the DxS-AA portfolio, including products, services, and workflows.

This role reports directly to the Head of AAIT & DxS MarCom and oversees or collaborates with product marketing, segment marketing, and commercial organizations.

The key responsibilities are:

• Build the yearly campaign plan based on the BF priorities. Ensure the marketing planning process involves the marketing/segments and the commercial regions at an early stage.
• Ensure on-time completion of Campaigns, Tradeshows, Media, Print & Digital tactics
• Drive the dedicated MarCom activities (Project Management) in collaboration with internal stakeholder, digital marketing, commercial teams, and corporate communication
• Drive, track & report on the CBJ (Customer Buying Journey) through Awareness, Engagement, Consideration & Purchase
• Generate Nurturing campaigns (ABM, MQL, Digital strategies), Lead ownership & follow up rates
• Ownership & tracking of the MarCom budget

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA is a plus
• Someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the internal organization as well as with key stakeholders. Excellent organization and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent in preparation
• Ability to lead with influence and with great communication skills
• Strength in ability to assess, diagnose and prioritize multiple inputs
• Adaptability to change, able to navigate uncertainty and work independently balanced with taking direction
• Highly professional, proactively take initiative, able to multitask
