  • Owns and steers overall strategy for the SBUs solutions portfolio across brand, product, market and commercial
  • Responsible for creating and managing SBUs multi-year operational calendar
  • Applies the full range of marketing disciplines to drive integrated commercial marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, sales growth and improved profitability
  • Utilize market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning to develop/optimize solutions offering, innovation pipeline and value proposition
  • Commercial lead in global innovation process from technical briefing to launch
  • Identify hero applications and develop plans to scale across industries and geographies
  • Manages Loctite Brand globally for industrial business related to TM strategy, brand portfolio, nomenclature, masterdata (product grouping)
  • Coach and develop members of the global Market Strategy (Application) Team
  • Partners with business and collaborates with senior management to drive global market strategy related to solutions portfolio
  • Oversees market and competitor research and uses insights e.g. to identify, evaluate and decide on new product potentials / white spots
  • Decides on long-term demand creation opportunities by anticipating market trends
  • Drives innovation agenda and ensures incorporation of regional insights
  • Steers business cases for new product launches
  • Drives global execution of market strategy and alignment with region(s)
  • Drives market launches of new products and roll-out initiatives
  • Owns and steers global market programs and penetration strategies incl. positioning and value proposition
  • Drives communication and interaction with Marketing teams, KAM / Sales, PD, TCS, and external stakeholders


  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration or other business discipline
  • 12+ Years in Marketing roles with strong knowledge of category, product, and brand management
  • 5+ Years leading teams
  • Experience in global organization with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and develop accurate conclusions to support strategic, data-based portfolio decisions
  • Strong understanding of market and customer trend and insight development
  • Analytic mind with strategic ability
  • Ability to create and operationalize strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this role is $135,000.00 - $165,000.00. Thisis the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages forthis position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rangeand this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed inConnecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
