General Laborer l // Seed Plant Labor BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Laborer l // Seed Plant Labor

Job title: General Laborer l // Seed Plant Labor
Location: Idaho Falls, ID 83402Duration: 3 months

• Shift: Rotating
• Shift Hours of Operation: Shift 1 6:00am - 2:30pm Shift 2 2:30pm - 11PM ( Rotate day and swing)
• Will overtime be possible (Y/N): expected
• Will weekend work be possible (Y/N): not expected
• Work Environment: Professional or Production - Working on production line bagging seed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Will report to the seed plant supervisor and may perform the following tasks.
• Work on production line bagging canola seed.
• This requires the person to use bagging equipment.
• Work on Blend production line blending canola seed.
• This requires the person to operate a forklift.
• Working on conditioning line cleaning canola seed.
• This requires the person to do QC checks and operate a forklift.

Other Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 57 LBS.
• Dress Code/Required PPE: Uniform Provided, long sleeves, pants, Steel toed shoes.
• (PPE provided hard hat, safety glasses, HiViz ware, ear plugs and any specialized products)

• Candidate must pass HireRight background check, drug screen (5 panel with expanded opiates), pre-employment physical, and spirometry
