Everside Health is looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Las Vegas, NV.

Position Details

• Patient population: employees and families of all ages down to 2 years
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible for the right candidate)
• Clinic Team: one provider and one MA, as well as a Regional Manager and a Lead MA who both offer support in-person at various times throughout the week.

Selling Points:

• Average of 8-14 patients/day
• More time spent with patients to enhance relationships and build trust
• Far less time with ICD-10 coding and admin work vs traditional primary care, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take home your work!)

Compensation

• $215,000 to $240,000/yr (negotiable; based on FTE and years of experience)
• 10% yearly quality incentive target

Job Requirements

• MD or DO
• Boardcertified (or eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine
• Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control is required
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
