*Description*

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:
* Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
* Hunt new business opportunities and lead generation
* Manage process from interview through offer stage
* Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
* Working as part of a team to maximize Michael Page's commercial performance
* Meeting with clients face to face to discuss and identify their needs

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
* 2+ years of business to business sales preferred
* Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
* Competitive, ambitious individual
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
