Salary: $71,000.00 USD Annually - $76,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
JDP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on Nights in Sioux City area! The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of an assigned team of employees to perform tasks in a food manufacturing environment.

FULL RELOCATION PACKAGE-INCLUDING TEMP HOUSING

$7,500 Sign On Bonus 8.5% Shift Differential and 10% bonus
5/7am to 3/5am Sunday to Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Performance Oversight: Foster accountability among direct reports, covering crucial aspects such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to our company's policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance.
  

Requirements:

• Degree highly preferred
  
• Prior experience in food manufacturing is essential, showcasing your industry knowledge and adaptability.
• Strong leadership experience is highly preferred, reflecting your ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
• Past involvement in labor planning and scheduling is a valuable asset, highlighting your organizational and planning skills.
