Schedule: Part-time 32 hours. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm;Tuesday 11:30 am - 7:30 pm
*Please note that public transportation does not service the hospital on Sundays so alternate transportation is required for your Sunday shifts.
The Food Service Worker performs a variety of functions related to the safe assembly, distribution and service of food for Hospital patients, visitors and staff. The primary task for this role is delivering food trays to patients.
- Assembling, delivering, and retrieving patient meal trays
- Working in the dishroom
- Cleaning floors and equipment
- Restocking work stations
- Light food preparation

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read English to follow recipes, read menus/meal tickets and job flows.
- Ability to speak proficient English.
- Great customer service skills required.
- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to push catering carts, carrying/moving items up to 25 lbs, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to stand in stationary position and/or walk quickly for long periods of time
- Staff adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards
