As Fleet Call Center Clerk you will answer incoming service requests from national customers through various systems; i.e. email, Customer Portal, telephone, etc. Input information into our Fleet business system to forward service request to the local dealership that will perform the service. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by manager.โ€‚โ€‚โ€‚

The Fleet Call Center Clerk Will Provide the Following Key Accountabilities:

  • Answer incoming service requests from national customers through various systems, such as email, telephone, and the Customer Portal.
  • Properly enter service requests, inbound and outbound call information and any update information regarding call instance into the Fleet business system.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by manager
  • An effective, efficient and positive customer experience resulting in high customer satisfaction.
  • High level of accuracy and increased efficiencies to meet customer needs.
  • Provide support to meet routine department functions and maintain department synergy and teamwork.


The Successful Fleet Call Center Clerk Will Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years related work experience with no degree
  • May substitute degree for work experience
  • Keyboarding skills for high volume environment and proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
  • Application of telephone and email etiquette skills, as well as customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as ability to work with others in close proximity.
  • Listening and organizational skills, attention to detail
