Description
LB&B Associates is seeking a part-time Fire Safety Director to work on our contract to provide building operations and maintenance services at the Silvio Mollo Federal Building, 1 St. Andrews Plaza, New York, New York.

• The working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 2:00PM to 6:00PM.

Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years as a Fire Safety Director, Fireman, or Fire Safety Specialist. The ideal candidate must possess the following.

• NYC Hi-Rise Fire Safety Directors License
