Finish Superintendent - High-End Stick-Frame We are one of the most respected Owner/Builders in the state and are responsible for some of the most iconic housing structures across the Midwest.

We are in immediate need of an experienced Finish Superintendent who is ready to hit the ground running and jump right into the job site.

What You Will Be Doing You will be provide leadership and direction to all field staff to ensure the successful completion of all construction on the project.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage all onsite personnel including subcontractors and employees

- Project resource allocation from internal and external resources

- Project documentation, communication and reporting

- Cost estimating, and budget development in collaboration with senior directors

- Quality Control

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required

- Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving

- Ensure project is built on budget, on schedule and on drawing specifications
What You Need for this Position More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

- Ground-Up Podium/Wrap Construction

- Ground-Up Multifamily/Mixed-Use Construction

- Stick-Frame Garden-Style
