Basic Job Functions:

The Data Analyst position will be based in the Charlotte corporate office and report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The functions of this role include but are not

limitedto:

• Own and maintain complex data models and databases
• Ensure datasets are complete, accurate, and reconcile to financial systems, and help improve systems and processes that drive these data over time
• Develop, automate, and maintain reports for management
• Corporate Forecast & budget support
• Provide support for business analyst.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or other quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel skills (experience with modeling and charts)
• Experience with SQL and databases
• Experience working with Power BI or other BI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Python and R
• Experience in a highly analytical environment (e.g. corporate analytics, strategy and operations, or other roles requiring a blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work)
• Proficient in a wide range of analytical, quantitative, and statistical techniques and tools to derive insights from large, complex data environments.
