Basic Job Functions:

The Business Analyst position will be based in the Charlotte corporate office and report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The functions of this role include but are not

limited to:

• Provide enterprise level strategic financial analysis, reporting, and business support.
• Perform segment financial, competitor, and industry analysis.
• Provide insight for key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Build strong working relationships with business partners and develop a deep understanding of the business and profitability/cost drivers.
• Serve as point of contact for forecast and budget submission.
• Assist with the annual financial planning and multi-year strategic planning process.
• Assist in preparing materials for quarterly board meetings and ratings agency presentations.
• Support building and maintaining consolidated 5 year model.
• Assist in acquisition diligence and integration activities.
• Trade case support
• Ad-hoc analysis and information requests

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of finance, accounting, or related analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills (experience with modeling and charts)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Python and R
• Experience with SQL and databases
• Experience working with Power BI or other BI tools
