JOB SUMMARY
Serves as a liaison between the Business and IT to provide solution to their business needs; Understands customers objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities; Supports Customers with cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, scope definition; Supports users in building business case; Performs impact analysis; Supports application testing, implementation and training activities; Leads individual or sub project tasks affecting single or multiple business and IT departments; Oversees business requirement gathering and analysis; Supports work request prioritization.
