Description:
The Financial Analyst assumes responsibility for the accurate reporting of the hospital's financial results.
The Analyst is responsible for planning his/her workload to meet a variety of internal and external deadlines and is often called upon to quickly gather, organize and explain data.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor of Accounting degree preferred.
2. Minimum of two years of progressively more responsibility.
3. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Must be capable of critical thinking and problem solving, with the ability to work independently.
5. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient with a calculator, PC (Excel experience a must), and be able to learn new computer applications quickly.
6. Demonstrates the ability to use a PC (especially Excel and Word), operate a calculator and continuously learn new computer programs.
7. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
8. Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission and vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
