The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all finance activities related to the Business. This person will manage a team and coordinate their activities with Global Headquarters. The Finance Manager will report to the local management and the Parent Company's CFO.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all finance operations related to the Business
• Manage period-end closing activities for Statutory Reporting and Managerial Reporting
• Prepare the monthly financial reporting ensuring accurate and timely information
• Manage budget and forecasts preparation
• Guarantee the application of accounting standards on cost management and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities
• Support the Business guaranteeing compliance of all quotations and proposals with Federal Regulation 15.4 when needed
• Maintain the accounting system compliant with US Cost Accounting Standards
• Manage general accounting according to local Accounting Principles
• Prepare the annual Financial Statement according to local and international Accounting Principles
• Manage payments and banking activities
• Handling Tax declarations supported by external Consultants
• Coordinate relations with external auditor
• Mange all the activity in compliance with local regulations and internal rules

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Finance
• 10 plus years of professional work experience in diverse areas of finance and accounting, preferably in a global manufacturing environment or a public accounting or management consulting firm supporting global manufacturing clients

The preferred candidate will have:

• Accounting, controlling and treasury experience
• Experience with corporate reporting, IFRS/GAAP and manufacturing controlling
• Experience with tax accounting
• Experience with Cost Accounting Standards preferred
• Experience with FAR - Federal Acquisition Regulation and DFAR - Defence Federal Acquisition Regulation preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong teammate
• Able to work independently
• Problem solving
