BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Field Technical Support/ Desktop support in Scarborough ME 04074.

Position Title: Field Technical Support/Desktop Support

Location: Scarborough ME 04074

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 04/22/2024

Expected Duration: 06+ months Contract with a strong possibility of extension

Job Type: (40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [Onsite]

Pay Range: $19/hr - $20/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Field Service, Technical Skills, Break fix & repair, MECM

Job Description:

• Work on the newly completed floors assisting associates.
• Patrol the floors looking for yellow stickers on desk points and determine if there is an issue.
• Testing desk points that have a yellow sticker and removing the yellow stickers.
• Document any issues resolved and create documentation if not a user error.
• Creating and resolving service now tickets for the work that they complete.
• Work with the Neighborhood leads on each floor.
• Push the monitor driver via MECM or assist a person with the driver install from the Software Center of associates that are visiting or were missed on the driver deployment.
• Assist users with device connectivity.
