BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Field Technical Support for an opportunity in Maplewood, MN.

Position Title: Field Technical Support

Location: Maplewood, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 6th - May - 2024
Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 24+ months contract

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT/TEMP TO HIRE/PERM], [Onsite]

Pay Range: $20.39/hr - $26.69/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Description:
Key responsibilities:
1. Replace consumables
2. Clear paper jams
3. Assist customers with overview of device functionality
4. Report dissatisfaction to GCSM
5. Assist in manual collections for manual devices

1. Manage all incoming 3M-OXP tickets (MPS program printer tickets)
2. Place and dispatch MASE service calls
3. Update 3M Service now with status on escalations
4. Manage all incoming IMAC requests
a. Forward OXP IMAC ticket to CSM
b. Add ticket to IMAC CO template including three cost centers for each asset including old site, new site, idle, NB; IDLE never pays for device
c. Create SRF (Shipping Request Form) to send to carrier
d. Populate CO template with move data (three templates)
e. Approve SRF and carrier shipment
f. Coordinate pickup and ship and reception of moved device
g. Coordinate installation at destination site

5. Manage Idle inventory
6. Repair and prepare for redeployment of idle devices
7. Non Reporting Device (NRD) resolution via WJA and EWS (coordination with site IT)
8. Change Order Loading
