Location: Nashville, TN

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for large construction projects.
• Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project. This includes assisting with budgets and forecasts, selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
• Provides technical and product knowledge for components specified by Vector Security as well as understanding how those components interrelate to existing systems and the customer's environment. This role and associated tasks are a substantial contributor to sales production, RMR growth, project margin, gross revenue and customer satisfaction.
• While in the field, advises the service and/or install technicians and provides technical assistance. Inspects tech's work to ensure quality control. Ensures that safety guidelines are being followed in the field.
• Performs quality control and ensures customer satisfaction when problems surface.
• Assists sales team with the design of systems for existing and new customer projects.
• Participates in customer/site coordination meetings as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Card Access, CTV, networking and Burglar alarm systems.
• 2-3 years project management experience preferred.
• Advanced communication/interpersonal skills
