Pay Range: Min. 28.36/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The job is the implementation of the new Zetron system in Client's OCC (Operations and Customer Center) and their disaster recovery location at the RCC (Reliability Center). The physical locations are 1.5 miles apart. Work at the RCC will be completed first.
• Zetron is the air to ground radio and phone system used by the OCC and ATL Radio.
• The technicians hired are responsible for installation of 185 new Zetron positions in the RCC. Work at the RCC can begin immediately and be done between 0800-1700 Monday through Friday until complete.
• Upon RCC completion, the technicians will move to the OCC and begin the deinstallation of current Zetron at 199 positions in the Client Operations and Customer Center (OCC), and the subsequent installation of the new system at 185 positions in the OCC.
• The schedule of work in the OCC will depend on the final cutover plan to be determined in the next two weeks.
• It is currently planned as 12 hours shifts, Monday through Friday but the start times are unknown and will be determined by the impact on the OCC business.

The equipment to be deinstalled and installed includes:

• Shelf unit to hold console
• Console workstation (W10 MoM)
• Media Dock (20 positions only)
• ACU unit
• Jackboxes
• Cable extenders
• USB hub x2
• Cable manager x2
• Speakers
• Handset
• Headset
• Monitor
• Ethernet cable from port key through tray and slat wall to console workstation
• Power cabling from floor through the tray and slat wall to console workstation

Tools required (per Zetron instruction):

• 3/16 - Flathead Screw Driver
• 3/32 x 1 1⁄2 - Flathead Screw Driver
• #1 - Philips Screw Driver
• #0 x 1 1⁄2 - Philips Screw Driver
• 10 to 18 Gauge - Wire Strippers
• Small Diagonal Cutters
• Box Cutter
• Power Drill (Screwdriver)
• #2 square bit (Robertson) for Power Drill
• The work also includes cable management, asset management, testing of each position and trash cleanup.
