Your new company

Our client is a full-service general contracting and consulting firm. Their primary focus is on design-build construction projects in federal, state, and local government sectors across the Washington DC area. They're looking to hire a Superintendent to join their team on a 1099 or W2 basis. The company has a strong pipeline of projects, the first project being a pre-engineered manufacturing building, assembled offsite.

Your new role

As the Superintendent, you will be involved in a variety of tasks. The scope of work is to prepare the sitework, concrete pad, electrical trenching, piping, and the installation and fit-out of the building. Aside from the initial project, they have a pipeline of Fort Myer, Fort Meade, Fort Belvoir, and Fort AP Hill which you could be transitioned onto after the completion of the initial project.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be a US Citizen.
  
• 10+ years experience running federal projects as a Superintendent, high preference is working with the Army Corp of Engineers or NAVFAC.
  
• CQM and OSHA certified.
  
• Open to working on a 1099 or W2 basis.
  

What you'll get in return

• Base salaries in the range of $90K - $130K depending on experience and whether 1099 or W2.
